Delivery for everyday life with pets.

We currently ship to the United States. Standard US shipping is free for products in our Everyday Essentials collection.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders typically require 1–3 days for processing before dispatch. Our selected delivery services currently estimate a further 5–11 days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier delays, customs, holidays, and destination can affect delivery.

Our fulfillment partners ship from overseas. Multiple items may arrive separately, and each parcel may have its own tracking details.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Shipping addresses

Please check your address carefully before placing an order. A physical street address is required for the rechargeable nail grinder; its selected delivery service does not support PO boxes. Contact us promptly if an address needs correcting. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts.

Need help with a delivery?

Email furfreeshop01@gmail.com with your order number if tracking is delayed, your package is missing, or an item arrives damaged. We will review the shipment with our fulfillment partner and help you with the next steps.
