Refund policy

Returns, made clear.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Email furfreeshop01@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and all included parts. Please contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions and address. Do not send returns directly to a supplier or to an address on the parcel.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and any approved return shipping at our expense.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Original delivery charges, if any, are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges and order changes

Contact us if you need another color or pack size. We will explain the return and replacement options. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
